What Kasi Does: Thriving with Lipedema. A Patient Rock Star Story Shared in a Pamphlet to Help YOU!

Hi friends!

Take a look at this awesome pamphlet we’ve created for you all about conservative measures just one patient takes daily to manage her lipedema:

I feel so very fortunate to have the company and wisdom of Kasi Grosvenor, who is an absolute lipedema patient rock star, as a friend and colleague.

Kasi Grosvenor

I’ve watched Kasi over the last few years on her private Thriving with Lipedema Instagram page, as well as her very active participation in Lipedema Patient Roundtables, and being interviewed for articles like this with Carenity, and now as she’s being featured in articles and conversations outside of the lipedema community.  Kasi was a presenting patient participant at the Lipedema Foundation’s 2022 Scientific Retreat, and represented the best of us so well!  Kasi is a rising patient advocate with all the right messages that rotate around self-care being the most important part of managing the painful fat condition called Lipedema.

A couple of years ago, Kasi was one of several brave women, who were generous enough to share their stories with us in my first book, Jeans on a Beach Day: A book for the beautiful woman hiding her legs.  And Kasi has grown and changed so much since the publishing of that book.

Kasi has been gracious enough to let me stalk her Instagram page, and do a thorough interview together, and then finally she collaborated with me on putting out this pamphlet that will be foundational to women who are new in their lipedema therapy journey. It’s important to know just how much of lipedema management is self-driven, and that’s why she’s agreed to let me share her very personal story.  Please take a look and feel free to share the pamphlet with all who might benefit.

We will also be posting this pamphlet on Amazon soon, due to their ability to reach the broadest worldwide audience, offered free as often as we can on Kindle, and at a no-profit print only cost other than that.  We want the word to get out about how to manage lipedema from a patient perspective. Be on the lookout for that as well, but it’s the exact same information as the pamphlet above.
