1. How do I order my made-to-measure shoes?

For Direct Customer Orders:

To find your perfect fit follow our simple steps:

  1. Download our 3D Fit Shoes app to your phone (link at the top of this page), follow the step-by-step instructions, taking each photograph required, upload the photographs as instructed, entering your details.
  2. Fill in our ‘Personalized fitting form’. Customer Order Foot Info.
  3. Email your completed form to thomas@LegsLikeMine.com.
  4. Choose the color that you want.
  5. Place your order on our website.
  6. YOU MUST USE THE SAME EMAIL FOR ALL THREE STEPS. Then we will pull together all three pieces of information and send them across to our factory!
  7. Your shoes will be delivered to you two weeks later – keep an eye out for order updates.
  8. Please note for repeat orders we recommend re-measuring once a year. If your feet are prone to swelling, please re-measure every order, we will keep all your details to monitor changes and offer the best fitting for your new shoes.

For Orders Made through a Health Practitioner, Pedorthist, Medicare, NHS or the Veterans Administration: 

To find your perfect fit follow our  simple steps:

  1. Visit your health practitioner, they will scan your feet with their specialist measuring app and submit it to us.
  2. Practitioners, if you don’t have a lab number, contact thomas@legslikemine.com to get your lab number.
  3. Your health practitioner will fill in your medical prescription and submit it to us.
  4. Choose the color that you want.
  5. Place your order on our website.
  6. YOU MUST USE THE SAME EMAIL FOR ALL THREE STEPS. Then we will pull together all three pieces of information and send them across to our factory!

2. Does insurance cover Legs Like Mine shoes? 

Legs Like Mine shoes could be covered by your insurance if they are deemed medically necessary. To explore this option, we recommend working with your local certified pedorthist, who can assess your needs and guide you through the insurance process. To find a qualified pedorthist in your area, visit the Pedorthic Footcare Association’s directory at https://www.pedorthics.org/search/custom.asp?id=133. Your pedorthist can help you order Legs Like Mine shoes and ensure they meet your specific therapeutic requirements.

3. How do I measure for the made to measure styles?

  •       If you are the customer directly, once we receive your order and payment, we will ask you to scan your feet using our custom app, called 3D Fit Shoes.
  •       We will have you fill out a very simple form to tell us about your foot concerns, such as bunions, callouses, amputations, etc.  and email it to us.  This will help us get your fit perfect!  On occasion, we will give you a call or email to verify we understand, but other than that, sit back, relax, and wait for your shoes to be shipped in two weeks!

4. Can I order my Legs Like Mine made to measure shoes through a pedorthist or therapist? 

Yes! We can have your pedorthist or therapist help with your order.  We will provide them a link to our professional level scanner and measurement form to complete on your behalf, and make sure together that your fit is perfect!

5. Who pays for shipping and tariffs?

USA and South America Customers – Postage and all duties/tariffs are included in the price.

UK/Europe/Asia: We can organize shipping to these areas.  Please email info@LegsLikeMine.com to make arrangements.  Duties are the responsibility of the customer.

6. What I am unhappy with the fit?

We are so confident that you will be happy with your new shoes, that we offer a 90 day fit guarantee. Just email us with your concern at Thomas@LegsLikeMine.com. We can organize one free refit for you, but you must destroy the original pair of shoes.
