3. How do I measure for the made to measure styles?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 If you are the customer directly, once we receive your order and payment, we will ask you to scan your feet using our custom app, called 3D Fit Shoes.<\/li>\n
\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 We will have you fill out a very simple form<\/a> to tell us about your foot concerns, such as bunions, callouses, amputations, etc.\u00a0 and email it to us.\u00a0 This will help us get your fit perfect!\u00a0 On occasion, we will give you a call or email to verify we understand, but other than that, sit back, relax, and wait for your shoes to be shipped in two weeks!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
4. Can I order my Legs Like Mine made to measure shoes through a pedorthist or therapist?\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n
Yes! We can have your pedorthist or therapist help with your order.\u00a0 We will provide them a link to our professional level scanner and measurement form to complete on your behalf, and make sure together that your fit is perfect!<\/p>\n
5. Who pays for shipping and tariffs?<\/strong><\/h3>\n
USA and South America Customers – Postage and all duties\/tariffs are included in the price.<\/p>\n
UK\/Europe\/Asia: We can organize shipping to these areas.\u00a0 Please email info@LegsLikeMine.com<\/a> to make arrangements.\u00a0 Duties are the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\n
6. What I am unhappy with the fit?<\/strong><\/h3>\nWe are so confident that you will be happy with your new shoes, that we offer a 90 day fit guarantee.
