Hi there, I’ve been home from California for a few days now.\u00a0 I’m still recuperating and am off of pain medications completely.\u00a0 The doctor removed 8 Liters of diseased tissue from my calves and I will need at least two more surgeries to get it all.<\/p>\n

I’ve documented each day before and after surgery and will begin sharing some of these with a daily post that I write in the evenings.\u00a0 I’ve been actively updating several social media channels (numerous Facebook groups, primarily) over the last few weeks, and social media has gotten out of control!\u00a0 This is a good thing.<\/p>\n

Right now, I’m getting more than 1000 messages a day from ladies wanting to know so many facets of my story and I’m answering directly, but also making an FAQ list of items I just need to blog about so I can answer it once and point to the link.<\/p>\n

For now, let’s say surgery was great – I felt great the first two days, and then slowed down with swelling and soreness.\u00a0 I rested – big time – and now feel pretty great on day 11 post op!<\/p>\n
