I’m just going to say this. I think a lot of people with Lipedema think they aren’t or can’t be pretty because of our legs. This simply isn’t true. And I’m discovering that many artists celebrate the curves of possibly Lippy Ladies in their artwork. And this goes back for a long time. We are more than just pretty faces, girls.
Today, I wanted to share with you an artist I’ve discovered named Botero, who shows women with LegsLikeMine living great lives, having romantic relationships, dancing, picnicing, and raising kids. It’s so refreshing to see our shapes celebrated. I know I’m going to start collecting all kinds of curvy girl art.
