Hi friends!
Our SUGAR MAMAS group who is helping me with some work on my new book for you about sugar addiction and lipedema has started up. Our gang will be working with a health and wellness coach for the next six months as we learn more about ourselves and how we use sugar, and how it affects our bodies and mental health. My book will be out in February of next year and available at FDRS 2024, in theory.
While the group is now closed to new book participants, feel free to follow along with some of the things we’re doing and tools we’re putting in place.
Today I’m sharing with the gang a tool we’re using before we even make any changes in eating to just find out where we are and look for patterns not only in our sweet eating, but in situations, flare and pain. If you’d like to use these sheets feel free to print and share at will! While evidence supports dietary monitoring can lead to improved eating behavior, our goal is to learn something about ourselves to then make adjustments to make things better!
