At that time, 50% of speaker fees plus firm travel expenses (air and lodging) are due. One month before the speaking date, the remaining 50% is due. We will be eager to hear your feedback on the event! At completion of the event, a final invoice for actual travel expenses will be sent to you within one week, with payment due net 30.
